Yuki’s Pov

Its been a week since I left the Academy, since Rido’s death, since I last saw Zero, since I awakened. I guess since that last attack from the Academy I wanted to protect Kaname, since he is the only family I have. But we’re not alone, when I say that I mean Hanabusa, Ruka, and Akatsuki are traveling with us. Dont get me wrong theres nothing wrong with them coming along. Its just annoying hearing Ruka and Hanabusa argue over who can carry my  bags. “RUKA”, Hanabusa said waving his hands in the air.”I said I was going to carry Yuki-sama’s bags”.What did I tell you.I was in the living room trying to read,now I sitting here watching them go on and on about the topic. “And I said I dont give a damn,Aido”, Ruka said,her honey colored hair falling infront of her eyes. I shocked my head and made my way upstairs, then I felt it,a shot of pain ran up my spine as I hit the wall of the hallway.I could feel my eyes change red as I tried to get to my room, before someone had noticed. “Yuki”,I heard a voice call from behind me,I turned my head alittle bit to see Akasuki leaning against the wall,folding his arms.”Y-yes”,I hasitated trying not to make eye contact.”Are you alright”,he asked making a step forward towards me. “Yes,Im fine”,I said holding a hand towards him,waving him away.”Just tired thats all”.

“Are you sure”?

“Yes Im sure.Im just going to my room and try to relaxe,kay”.

Before he could answer I walked towards my room and shut the door. The pain ran up my spine again,making it impossiable to stand up,my feet grew weak I collapsed onto the floor.I let out a small,soft cry of pain as my nails carved into the hard wooden floor.The pain was so unbearable that a grin grew on my face, I sat up and started to laugh out the pain.I slowly brought myself up to my feet and made my way towards the window.Looking at threw the dark woods at the citys lights,I could hear people laugh and talk about their problems. I opened the window and a burst of wind hit my nose,the sweet smell of human blood  ran up my nostrals.The smell was sso good that I couldnt help myself from jumping out of the window. I landed on my feet, I looked up at the window to make sure no one saw me,when I was sure I raised my hand torwards my back scrapt my skin alittle and let my wings blossom out before taking up to the air. The smell became stronger as I came closer towards the city,I could feel the excitement runing threw me. I landed on a building as I made it to the city, I looked down at all the tasty looking souls that walked past,but my nose was drown towards the smell that was coming from the ally.I looked down to see a young boy being attacked by a group of older man,they had him on the ground hands covering his head as they kicked him. I jumpped off the building and made my way towards the group.”Hey”,I said getting their attention,they stopped attacking the boy and then turned their attention on me.”Well,well,well”,one of them said kicking the boy one last time.”Look what we have here,boys”.They started to make their way tords me.”Looks like this kittie lost her way”,another one said stand behind what looks like the leader.”Maybe we should help her”.A smile grew on my face as on of them reached their hand out to touch me.I grabbed it and slammed him against the building wall.Before he could attack I pushed my head against his neck and bit him roughly.He let out a scream of pain,before silencing out,I let him hit the ground as I swollowed the delicious blood.”What the hell”,I heard the others say. I turned my head around to see them look at me with fear and shock.I smiled as one turned around to run,I flinged myself off the ground and landed on his shoulders.I placed my hands on each side of his face and then with all my stangth I snapped his neck,he collapsed to the ground as I dranked his blood.”What are you”,the last one said.I lifted myself off the ground and turned to face him,he was shacking in fear. He pulled out a gun and started shotting at me I jumpped in the air over his head and landed behind him.I plunged my hand into his body ripping out his heart.His body hit the ground,as I brought his heart to my lips and dranked from it.But I stopped as I heard a gasp of fear on the ground,I turned to see the boy on the ground with a bloody nose shacking in fear.I walked slowly towards him, he was strugling as I came closer like he didnt know with way to go to escape. I neeld down to face him placing one hand on his face,”I wont kill you”,I said whipping my hand under nose.”But on the other hand I cant have you running around saying you saw this”.The boy shocked his head before saying.”Please dont.I wont tell anyone”.

“Awww and I know you wont”,I said bringing the blood on my hand to my mouth.”Because after Im done with you,you wont remember a thing”.I brought my hand on his head,his eyes slowly closed as a purple orbe glowed over his head.I left him there before lifting up in the air making my way torward the house.I climbed up into the window as quietly as I can.I made my way towards my bathroom,but I stopped after hearing someone sitting on my bed.

 

Kaname’s Pov

I gasped when I saw Yuki completely covered in blood.Her eyes were glowing bright red before dimming out into the regular reddish brown eyes I loved. “Kaname”,she said looking confussed.”Whats going o-”, she stopped and her eyes hit her blood hands.Fear and confussment grew in her eyes as she turned to look at the mirror behind her.”Why am I”,she said tears filling her eyes.I ruched over to her and wrapped my arms around her.”What did I do”?

“Oh,Yuki”,I said pulling her closer to me,she was shaking like a dog that was scared shirtless.I patted her long brown hair.”Its my fault,I should of seen this coming”.

“No,no”,she said turning to face me,her eyes red from crying.”Its my fault,dont blame yourself.Please”.I nodded as she brought her hand to my face,she made me feel like I had nothing to fear in the world.Like I was invinsble when I was with her.I placed my hand on her face pulling her face towards mine.Owr lips were brushing against each others,but we were interuppted by a knock at the door.”Yuki”,Aido said from the other side of the door.”Yes”,she answered pulling away from me.”Can you come out and tell Ruka that you want me to be your mentor”. A smile grew on her face that made my heart jump.”Okay”,she responed as she made her way towards the bathroom.”Take care of yourself,Yuki”,I said before walking out. I made my way towards my libery,I locked the doors before falling to the floor.”What have you done Yuki”.
