There are two places in this site that you can upload pictures.
1) The Main Vampire Knight Gallery
2) Your Personal Profile Album
Each place has a different set of rules as outlined below.

RULES FOR POSTING USING THE FAN ART SUBMISSION FORM:
All pictures submitted through this form will be posted in the main Vampire Knight gallery and must adhere to the following rules.
No SPAM
Anything that is not Vampire Knight related fan art will be deleted, especially if it is advertising related. Offenders will probably be banned.
Must be Vampire Knight Related
This site is dedicated to VK, that’s why it exists. As such, all pictures posted here should feature the Vampire Knight world and/or its characters in some way. Crossovers and original characters are fine, but Vampire Knight needs to be part of the mix in order for it to be posted on this site.
Linking to off-site artwork
It is perfectly all right to use the fanart submission form to link to a picture that is posted elsewhere, as long as that picture complies with all these rules and as long as you upload at least a small version of the picture here to serve as a preview. Then, in the description area you can copy and paste the link to your picture on deviantart, flickr, imagebucket, yaoi.y-gallery.net, or wherever it is. If you would rather people leave you comments there instead of here, simply disable Reviews when you create your picture and indicate that wish in the description area.
Other Links
Except for links to other places on this site or external links to artwork as described above or to fanfiction that is related to the artwork being submitted, no other external links should be inserted into art submissions. They will be removed, and if it is determind that they qualify as SPAM the SPAM rules will apply.
No Plagiarism / theft
You may only post your own works on this site, with the exception of collaborative works or when an image has been modified with the permission of the original creator, in which case proper credit must be given in the description area. Any submissions proven to be thefts will be removed by the admins and the offending user will probably have their account deleted and banned. Coloring of manga pages and photo-manips involving official manga or anime artwork is all right, so long as you include a disclaimer in the description area that credits the original artwork to Ms. Hino or whoever it belongs to. In other words – do not post a manga page and pretend its yours, but if you significantly modify or enhance it in some way, and acknowledge the original source, then it’s all right.
Rate your images appropriately and include warnings as needed
Just do your best and err on the side of caution. Use the same standards for rating images as you would for fanfic (definitions of the fic rating system can be found on http://www.fictionratings.com). Make sure and tag your picture with any applicable warnings and kink labels so that people who want to see those things can find it, and people who don’t will know to stay away.
Titles must always be appropriate for general audiences
Titles should be K-T rated, even if the picture is MA.
Be Nice to Reviewers
…when they deserve it, anyway. :] If someone offers advice or constructive criticism in the spirit of honestly trying to help you improve your artwork then understand that they’re trying to help and be polite about it, whether or not you agree. If they’re being unnecessarily ugly, then just ignore them. If it qualifies as bashing or flaming, use the “report abuse” link on the comment to report it to the admin and we will look into the matter.
Don’t submit the same picture more than once unless there are differences.
Exact duplicates will be removed. Multiple versions of a pic are fine, however.
Rule Changes and Updates
These rules may be updated at any time without notice, you are responsible for checking them each time before you post a new picture to make sure that you are in compliance with them.

RULES FOR POSTING PHOTOS TO YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE ALBUM:
These pictures are uploaded via the “Albums” tab on your profile or the Albums>Upload Picture link on the “My Account” dropdown menu at the top of the page. They appear in the “My Personal (non-VK) Pictures” section of your profile. They must adhere to the following rules.
No SPAM
Anything deemed to be posted purely for spamming / advertising purposes will be deleted. Offenders will probably be banned.
No Porn or Graphic Mature Content
Because there is no way to filter these pictures by rating, everything posted in the personal albums must be appropriate for general audiences. It must be considered T rated or below. Mature content is welcomed in the main gallery as long as it is Vampire Knight related and appropriately rated so there’s no surprises, but not in the personal galleries.
Should Be Personal Photos
Do not post artwork here. Do not post your Vampire Knight pictures here, post them in the main gallery. This is a place for your personal pictures of you, your friends, your interests, etc. You may however post VK related cosplay here as well as in the main gallery, that is the one exception.
No Plagiarism / theft
Only post your own photos, or your friends’ if they give you permission. No copyrighted photos or works that do not belong to you are allowed.
