By posting doujinshi on Vampire Knight Online you are agreeing to abide by the following rules and accept any repercussions for breaking them.
Cover Picture and Summary
Your cover picture and summary must be suitable for general audiences, even if the work itself is rated M or MA.
No SPAM
Anything that is not in fact a doujinshi / comic of some kind will be deleted, especially if it is advertising related. Offenders will probably be banned.
Must be Vampire Knight Related
This site is dedicated to VK, that’s why it exists. As such, everything posted here should be about Vampire Knight and its characters. Crossovers and original characters are fine, but Vampire Knight needs to be the main focus of the story in order for a work to be posted on this site.
Must be a comic / doujinshi / manga
If you want to post stand alone fan art, use the fan art submission form. The doujinshi submission form is only for posting art that tells a story through a sequence of images or panels. It can be as short as a page or as long as a whole book, but it must tell a story through a series of pictures.
Linking to off-site doujinshi
You may use the Doujinshi submission form to link to a douji that is posted elsewhere, whether it is free or for sale. If the item is for sale, you must indicate this and the price. You must upload a picture of the cover, as well as submitting the other requested information in the upload form such as the doujinshi title, summary, character, pairing, rating, etc. The more descriptive you are and the more tags you add, the more likely people will be to find and want to look at your work.
Other Links
Except for links to other places on this site or external links to the doujinshi as described above or to fanfiction or fan art that is related to your submission, no other external links should be inserted into doujinshi posts. They will be removed, and if it is determined that they qualify as SPAM the SPAM rules will apply.
No Plagiarism / theft
In order to upload an entire doujinshi, the work MUST be yours. You may not upload an entire douji that does not belong to you. You may however, submit an external link to a doujinshi that is not yours if it is for sale somewhere and IF there is not already an existing listing for that douji. If you are doing that, you may upload the cover picture, and up to 3 interior pages as a preview, but no more. You must also be sure to explicitly state that the work is not yours and credit the author/artist. Please search the Doujinshi gallery before adding links that are not yours to be sure that someone else hasn’t already submitted the same thing. This leads us to the next rule…
No Duplicates
So as not to clutter up the site with multiple entries for the same work, duplicate doujinshi posts are not allowed. Duplicate entries will be deleted without warning every so often. Priority will be given to either A) whoever posted it first, unless someone else has given a better description/preview or B) the actual author/artist if they posted it – they will always be given priority no matter when they posted. To keep your posts from being deleted, make sure to search the Doujinshi gallery by using the search box at the top of the page to find out if the douji has already been posted. If you wish to post a new sale link (such as to ebay) for an existing ‘official’ doujinsji listing, simply comment on the listing and give the link.
Rate entries appropriately
It’s hard to decide sometimes, but just do your best and err on the side of caution.

These rules may be updated at any time without notice, you are responsible for checking them each time before you post a new story to make sure that you are in compliance with them.
